though what Norris is stating is being taken out of context in article....He speaks of the plans FEMA has for the Commander in Chief,regardless of partisanship, to impose Martial Law by region by having the top Federal Commanding Officer 's implementation.

Thank you for your concern...if that is what it is, though I am well aware and "mindful" of many issues and their relevancy as to Constitutionality.

This applies to legal,constitutional Governments of the people ,by the people.And what you state is true...overthrow,coup d'etat is what is happening from within...many are just in the mindset of defense(so be a few for pre-emptive arrests by those authorized by oath of allegiance to the USA's Constitution and it's people,FBI,County Sheriffs,State Intelligence,US Marshals...etc) against those agencies and men who would by false flag operations coerce men to war for pretext of a coupd'etat by illegal suspension of the Constitution through the instrument of Martial Law.
Advocating the overthrow of a constitutional government is not being advocated anywhere I know of... though a call for justice has rung throughout the land for the arrests and prosecution/convictions of these men who have defrauded ,disenfranchised ,disempowered and enslaved ,through murder and theft.
