Is AP Photo summary censorship of negative portrayals of Obama?

This photo was found on the article "Pakistan police raid US-contracted security firm".
On the front of the effigy's shirt it is clearly written "The killer of Muslims....Bush, Obama".The effigy seems to be a hybrid of Bush and Obama.

Except that the photo summary states that it is former President George W. Bush.

Thousands of people marched in Karachi Friday to mark Quds Day an annual anti-Israel commemoration that reflects Pakistan's sympathy with the Palestinians.(AP Photo/Shakil Adil)

The photo is dated September 18 12:51 PM ET...so it's not an older photo of the Bush Regime Protest.A form of thought censorship? Directing thought control through propagandized mislabeled images. Inadvertently done?
The first "public" outcry(CENSORSHIP) of negative(INAPPROPRIATE) Obama images was against the Joker Obama image Posters. Unpatriotic,Rude,Disrespectful,Terrorist,Conservatives,Right wingers, wackos and nut jobs were just some of the names directed at persons that displayed the "Joker Obama" posters. Action taken against some where confiscation, detainment, harrassment, physical and vocal assault and battery. They attempted to deny our 1st Amendment Rights of Free Speech. These rights would include images and thoughts. It would be our right to also listen. And view.
So is this a form of denial of rights by way of censorship of thought?
