Poll: Are you unemployed? A more realistic look at the Unemployment Rate.

Who is counted as unemployed?Persons are classified as unemployed if they do not have a job, have actively looked for work in the prior 4 weeks, and are currently available for work.

Because unemployment insurance records relate only to persons who have applied for such benefits, and since it is impractical to actually count every unemployed person each month, the Government conducts a monthly sample survey called the Current Population Survey (CPS) to measure the extent of unemployment in the country.

So if you have already exhausted your benefits of unemployment or have never applied for benefits you are not considered in the Unemployment Rate of 9.8% Nationwide.
So please take this poll and tell if you are 1 unemployed with benefits or 2 Unemployed without benefits(never apllied). 3 Unemployed without benefits(benefits exhausted). 4 Or employed.
