Monopoly of the visual coverage may have been achieved by electromagnetic jamming used in modern warfare to disable digital circuitries. It claims that no private cameras were thus able to record the event.

A WNYW/Fox shot (known as the Nose-Out shot) features a helicopter camera's view of a plane silhouette appearing in the bottom right of the screen, disappearing into the tower. This includes a claim by the author that no aluminum plane can impact on a steel-frame building, thrust through its entire length, and emerge with its nose cone intact. The ensuing conclusion is that the plane silhouette must have been a computer generated image which was edited into the shot without accounting for the backdrop scenery's sideway drift.
Only simple, bi-dimensional silhouettes of planes were shown on the live TV broadcasts which featured but 2 seconds of a plane in motion but not its actual penetration in the tower. It is suggested that what hit Tower 2 was in reality a winged precision missile (such as a JASSM AGM158), much smaller than the alleged airliners yet strikingly similar in relative shape/silhouette. The following assertions are made by September Clues regarding subsequent amateur shots.
All other subsequent clips which emerged after the event were credited to a string of alleged authors, all linked to the news industry. These video clips also show signs of tampering. These subsequently released videos, it is claimed, were designed to conclusively imprint in the public belief the notion that real airplanes hit the towers.
Some clips show the plane disappearing into the steel-frame tower without any apparent breakage of the wings or even the aft assembly. The film claims this is a violation of Newton's 3rd law of motion as well as basic laws of structural interaction (aluminum vs steel) applied in mechanical engineering.
September Clues also shows a large fly-over plane over Manhattan at the exact moment of impact, using this to suggest that this could have been deployed as a decoy to generate witnesses to 'a large airliner'.
By the end of the film, which mostly features official TV archive footage, two screenshots from NBC and CBS are compared. Both show a panoramic view of Manhattan, with the Empire State building in the immediate foreground. In one, the Empire State is on the left of the image while in the other it is on the right. Yet, the relative distance and perspective of all buildings in both backgrounds, are identical. Inversely, in other purported TV chopper shots, the New York Verrazzano bridge (7 miles in the background) appears to be drifting by an excessive ratio compared to the foreground. Both are claimed to challenge the laws of perspective in support of the underlying thesis that the live footage was fabricated by means of (flawed) video compositing techniques.
The film compares pairs of synchronized time frames of live TV footage. On several occasions, helicopters appear to be flying over the towers on only one of the two broadcasts. The film claims this suggests that the broadcasts were not truthful representations of the real-life events in Manhattan that day. Those helicopters, which appear to fly by at sustained speed from either side of the screen, are claimed to be CGI (computer generated imagery) overlays to make up for the digital masking needed to obscure/control the skyline on live TV.

I prayed the other day for the ability to truly and faithfully love all of God the Father's people and creation as much as He loves them and it. For a reason.I attend Mass daily,as is my custom, and am always impressed with compassion( at other times coupled with disbelief at their lack of peace) for the distress and rigidity I see on the faces and for the monotone I hear in the voices of many of the congregation, during the hour or so I am amongst them, praying .Being with them.And it concerns me. For after consuming the Eucharist it is apparent that Peace has not touched many of their hearts. No Peace comes over their being.And if you would ask them by chance ,out of concern ,many of the faithful would indicate this to be true.For when the Mass is over each scuttles his own way still in distress.Downtrodden.I know many are on their lunch break .And it is commendable that they show up . Filed under: WASHINGTON , Michael Neibauer and Bill Myers , Neighborhood Safety Zones WASHINGTON D.C. police will seal off entire neighborhoods, set up checkpoints and kick out strangers under a new program that D.C. officials hope will help them rescue the city from its out-of-control violence.Under an executive order expected to be announced today, police Chief Cathy L. Lanier will have the authority to designate "Neighborhood Safety Zones." At least six officers will man cordons around those zones and demand identification from people coming in and out of them. Anyone who doesn't live there, work there or have "legitimate reason" to be there will be sent away or face arrest, documents obtained by The Examiner show.Lanier has been struggling to reverse D.C.'s spiraling crime rate but has been forced by public outcry to scale back several initiatives including her "All Hands on Deck" weekends and plans for warrantless, door-to-door searches for drugs and guns.Under today's proposal, the no-go zones will last up to 10 days, according to internal police documents. Front-line officers are already being signed up for training on running the blue curtains.Peter Nickles, the city's interim attorney general, said the quarantine would have "a narrow focus." "This is a very targeted program that has been used in other cities," Nickles told The Examiner. "I'm not worried about the constitutionality of it." Others are. Kristopher Baumann, chairman of the D.C. police union and a former lawyer, called the checkpoint proposal "breathtaking." "It's just our experience in this city that we always end up targeting poor people and people of color, and we treat the kids coming home from choir practice the same as we treat those kids who are selling drugs." The proposal has the provisional support of D.C. Councilman Harry "Tommy" Thomas, D-Ward 5 ,whose ward has become a war zone.
